The purpose of this page is to list a number of Amplifiers that i consider to be a Reference Integrated Amplifier, Why do i speak of at least 100 Watt / 8 Ohm power, this is the result of the following facts: loudspeaker manufacturers often indicate that their speaker must at least be driven by an amplifier of 30/50 - 250 Watts, but if you use an amplifier with a power of 30/50 watts, this is very often insufficiently, you can often find this in good and honest reviews by renowed hi-fi magazines. It would be great for Loudspeaker Manufacturers if they would list the correct amplifier power for each of their speaker, this prevents disappointment. Greetings Dick Hoogstadt
